I went to survey around, with about 10 IDs before I decided to go with Alex Koh and I haven't regretted it ever since. There were a lot of things that I wanted to do but with my budget, other IDs just simply subtracted items from the list. However, Alex managed to work around it by helping to brainstorm alternative design ideas and advise on certain things I can get on my own to achieve my budget and look.

Cost-wise, he was very trustworthy and transparent on the prices and add-ons beforehand so there is no worry at all about sudden hike up in the final bill.

During the renovation, Alex is always available when I needed to contact him for feedback or queries so I have no worries lingering at all. Even after months of renovation, I can always count on Alex if there are some things that needs to be looked at again. Highly recommended!
